Superhero Fun Day is September 11, 2021, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Big Spring Memorial Park (Duck Pond) park located at 100 S. Beaty Street, Athens, Alabama.
The event is open to merchandise, product, and promotional vendors. Food Vendor registration is closed, including for shaved ice, ice cream, lemonade. Please, do not use this form to sign up to be a food vendor of any kind.
This registration form is for:
Promotional Vendors -- those who are simply engaging the community and giving out promotional items for their business or organization. Promotional vendors are not selling or collecting donations or taking orders. Promotional vendors have chosen not to host a kids' activity booth. We ask that promotional vendors share in the expense of the event by paying a discounted registration fee.
Product/Service Vendor -- those who will be making money selling a product or service or taking orders to sell a product or service. We ask that Product/Service Vendors share in the cost of the event by paying a registration fee.
Donation Booths -- businesses or organizations who would like to promote their business or organization by handing out their own promotional items at their own booth, but collect donations for EBP at their booth. These booths may have space for free but must alert us to the activity.
A word about Duplication:
We do not monitor duplication of product/brand/service, and will not share registration information of others or who have signed up. Please, do not ask. This is a charity event, all are welcome, but all vendors risk duplication. We have tried to monitor this in the past, but vendors were turned away because of duplication, then some of the ones expected to come didn't show. So, we just made it a policy to allow duplicates, and not share information about registration. If your company doesn't allow duplications at an event, we are sorry, but this is our policy. We will do our best to place you away from each other, but it does depend on how many vendor booths we have.
