  • ELITE CHEER & DANCE OUTDOOR CAMP 

    Register to participate in our Elite cheer and dance camp. Please provide all required information below. Join us for our Elite Summer Outdoor Cheer & Dance Camp at

    Hilltop Park, 9711 Oviedo Way, San Diego, CA 92129.

    This camp is perfect for students ages 4-16, Beginner and experienced. Your student will enjoy Cheer, Dance, Tumble, Stunts, and much more.

    Camp days: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM-1 PM.

    Students will be provided snacks; all they will need is an insulated water bottle and sunscreen.

    Registration Fee: $40 (Includes a t-shirt & Hairbow)

    Cost: $150 weekly.

    June 14-18

    June 22-25

  • Liability Waiver:

    Please carefully read the Liability Waiver below. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the waiver.

     

    Cheerleading, Tumbling, and dance involve a variety of movements, motions, rotations, leaps, tumbling, jumps, partner stunts, and pyramids. Therefore, participation in these athletic activities may result in personal injury. I hereby agree to fully release and hold harmless Elite Cheer and Dance, its coaches, officers, staff, and anyone else designated to help, from any responsibility for any injury that may occur while participating in Elite Cheer and Dance. I waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that I, or the above-named child, may have at any time.

  • Please carefully read the General Camp Rules below. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the waiver. 

    GENERAL CAMP RULES:

    • Participants must be in attendance and on time for the scheduled camp day, Monday-Thursday, 10 AM-1 PM.

    • Parents and spectators are welcome to sit and watch camp from a distance. We want all our camps to attend so they can fully grasp the material offered. If a parent or spectator becomes a distraction, they will be asked to leave the area, or their child may be dismissed from the camp and not return for any other week. 

    • Attendees are required to always wear their camp attire: ECD T-Shirt, shorts, capris, or leggings, light sneakers, NO SANDELS, SLIDERS, OPEN TOED SHOES. If worn, they will not be able to participate. Hair is to be pulled back out of the face in one ponytail with no hair out. 

    • ECD is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Valuables should be left at home.

    • Attendees may bring their cell phone; however, it needs to be kept inside a bag until the end of practice. 

    • If an emergency occurs, our staff will call 911 or the parent or guardian on file.

    • An Authorized Adult must accompany any minor who leaves camp for any reason. The Authorized Adult should

    contact a EDC at the number above prior to an athlete leaving camp for any reason.

    • Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

    o Foul language, disrespecting staff or Coaches, Bullying, initiations, or hazing of any kind.

    o Smoking, vaping, and/or the use or possession of alcohol and/or other illegal substances, including hemp

    and THC. 

    o NO Crossing personal, physical, and other boundaries in a way that could reasonably be seen as harmful to

    others' mental, emotional, or physical well-being.

    o Cheering, chanting, stunting, tumbling, or dancing in areas not specifically designated for instructional purposes

    classes and practice.

    o NO Jewelry of any kind during class at cheer camps.o Running, horseplay.

    • EDC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive or abusive behavior toward all camp attendees,

    employees of the venue, and EDC staff. Such behavior may result in the discontinuation of services/camp.

     

     

     

     

  • Drop Procedure

    Please carefully read the Drop Procedure. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the waiver.

    PARENTS MUST NOTIFY ELITE CHEER & DANCE TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CAMP. Only a written notice, via email or hand-delivered to our HEAD COACH, will be acceptable. You must let us know before the beginning of the WEEK so that you will not be charged for the next WEEK. Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's camp, WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS Camp, Classes, or Compeition. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending camp. If a student stops attending camp without notifying the HEAD COACH, your account will be charged for an additional week of camp. This charge will cover holding the student's place in the camp rather than offering it to someone on the waiting list.

  • Late Payment Procedure

    Please carefully read the Late Payment Procedure. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the waiver.

    All camp tuition is charged/paid on the Friday before the week of camp. You have until the start of the first day of camp to pay by cash or check. All charges not paid by the start of camp will be considered late and charged a $10 late fee. All charges not paid by the third day of camp will incur an additional $30 late fee. Each additional day of late payment will incur an additional $50 late fee until payment is received. After 90 days, a processing fee will be applied, and the account information will be sent to our collections department.

    Please note we do not do refunds or prorated rates.

  • Photo Release

    Please carefully read the Photo Release. By agreeing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in the waiver.

    Elite Cheer & Dance will take photos of your student and staff while participating in the program or other cheer/dance-related activities. Elite Cheer & Dance reserves the right to use the photos in media related to the advertising and promotion of the program. Your signature below grants the organization permission to photograph your student during any Elite Cheer & Dance Camps, Competitions, Classes, Events, or activities.
