To secure your room, simply place a deposit equal to one night’s stay. This holds your room immediately. Once final rates are confirmed, you’ll have the opportunity to review everything and cancel with no penalty if needed.

Important Note About Pricing
Group rates are only guaranteed until early January 2026. After the contract expires, prices may increase based on resort availability. Once you submit the form, we’ll contact you to confirm details and collect your card information.
Final payment is due 100 days before arrival.

Sexy Silver Week typically sells out by January, about five months before the event. However—good news—we also receive a steady stream of cancellations and changes, so even if your preferred room is sold out, there’s still a very good chance we can get you in.

Classic (standard) rooms come in your choice of Garden View or Ocean View, and they’re located on both sides of the resort—Clothing Optional and Nude. A limited number of Ocean View rooms also feature a private outdoor jacuzzi and include a complimentary stocked refrigerator. These upgraded rooms are very limited and tend to book quickly.

These are the resort’s newest renovated rooms, featuring the only major color-scheme update on the property. They also include dual sinks and a slightly upgraded bathroom, making them a step up in comfort while keeping the classic Hedonism vibe. Currently none of the rooms have mirrors on the celing but are ordered.

Premium Suites

Premium Suites are fully renovated and redesigned with modern furnishings and expanded layouts. Each suite features a glass-enclosed bathroom with dual sinks and deluxe toiletries, plus a ceiling mirror and adjustable mood lighting for extra ambiance.
Select suites offer a private outdoor balcony or patio, and some also include an outdoor Jacuzzi tub for the ultimate upgrade.

Agreements
Booking Modifications
All changes to online bookings must be handled directly through our reservations team at 843-797-7469. Please carefully review all terms in your agreement, as well as the details included in your invoice, confirmation, and any applicable conditions.

Deposit Requirements for Bookings Made Within 60 Days of Arrival
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full within 24 hours. Any booking not paid in full within that timeframe will be automatically cancelled on the next business day. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Pricing Policy
We work hard to provide accurate rates and up-to-date information. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you within 2–3 business days to review and reconcile the issue. This policy overrides any previous guarantees or confirmations.

Cancellations*

Passports*

We understand we will need passports for this travel. As of December 31, 2005: Passport required for all air and sea travel outside the USA. .(Additional information can be found on the US Department of State website for passport information) and that refunds will not be given if passports do not arrive in time for our trip. Standard cancellation clause will apply.
