IMPORTANT: TAX EXEMPTION

All Texas retailers must complete the TX Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate to qualify for a sales tax exemption.

If you're an out-of-state business, you can still fill it out—just skip the Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit Number and enter your state's registration number instead on the next question. Alternatively, if you have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate from your state, you can skip this form and email it to us at hello@elitefireworks.us.
