- 7:15am - 7:30: Teamnuilding Excercises
- 7:30am-8:30: Off Floor Spinner Training | Ballet Tech | Skate Maitenence (group rotations)
- 8:30-9:30: Body Regions & Planes, Edges, Orientation of Movement, Positions of the Skater
- 9:30-10:30: Group 1: Moves in the Field Footwork: Crossovers, Runs, Mohawks, Choctaws, Forward/Backward Three-turns; Group 2: Beginner/Intermediate Jumps and Spins
- 10:30-11:30: Putting It All Together: Choreoraphic Footwork Sequences, What is Artistic Impression; Choreographic Routine Builds
- 11:30-12:00: Optional Skill Performances

Coach and Volunteer Commission Specific Workshop Opportunities Available During Event
Special Bonus:
Family Friends Social Skate 2-4pm
NRS Artistic Skating Competition followed with a Family and Friends Social Skate. Skate rental will not be available, all skaters will need to bring personal skates to the venue in order to participate in the social skate. A signed release will be required by adults 18+ who wish to skate.
The Pepsi Sports Arena, Pro Shop will have a limited selection of skates available for purchase on hand (brand, style, and sizes will vary).
Opportunites are available for coaches and volunteers who need to accumulate hours as part of their commisions certification. Professional development is available for those wishing to seek ongoing certifications in coaching, judging commissions, and testing panels.

- Must be a legal resident of the North Central Division

- Competition entry open only to USARS North Central Artistic Regional Championship, National Championship Event Qualifying Skaters
- Event Qualifying Skaters must remain in good standing with USARS for the duration of the US National Championships
- Not all Event Qualifying Skaters will be required to stay the two weeks
- National Event Qualifiying Skaters are only required to stay for the duration of their particular discipline event(s).

All SC Sports Artistic Club General Membership is welcome and invited to join the Artistic Skating Competitive Team. Artistic Club Members of all skating levels from beginner through World Skate, and of all ages and skating disciplines, are encouraged to participate in our Artistic Skating, Competitive Program as part of your artistic membership. Artistic Club members are not required to join the competition team in order to still enjoy the many benefits that Artistic Club has to offer.
Participation in all League Workshop activities at the Xfinity Arena is open to all Skate City Artistic Club Members, regardless of athlete enrollment in the competition portion of the event. We hope to see all artisitc membership participating in our workshops.
