Dear Guest,

We are dissapointed to learn you have lost or left something behind during your visit to Emerald Lake Lodge. We will do everything we can to reunite you with your item. Please provide all of the information requested to help us locate and return your item.

Please note that we are only able to look for items on our propery, which runs from the Cilantro restaurant to the top end of our resort at cabin 33, and the overnight hotel guest parking area. The day use parking lot, bridge, lakeside trails, and the boathouse are not managed by Emerald Lake. Please be aware some items aren't able to be shipped (ie bear spray)
