Please fill out the following form to apply for a custom regular scale tattoo with me. My assistant will respond in about a week!

I primarially book custom designs for florals, birds, and fish in styles similar to what my flash designs look like.

I generally do not show designs in advance, but allocate time at the start of the appointment for changes to be made. Custom appointments with me are best suited for folks who are flexible with their design and love my style!

Please be descriptive yet concise in your form!

Appointments are $175-260 per hour, and my minimum is $260-390 (1.5 hours). I take a non refundable $150 deposit to secure your appointment, which is paid through my scheduling system. $50 of this deposit is a drawing fee, $100 applies to the final tattoo cost. Your budget will be honored! I will design appropriate to your given budget and let you know if your budget is not sufficient for the proposed project.

I have a flexible reschedule system - I have a chronic pain issue and occasionally need to reschedule last minute due to unexpected pain - as such, deposits function as a commitment to work together and not a commitment to a certain date. Please just give me as much heads up as possible when rescheduling!

N95/KN95 masks required for appointments. Covid testing prior is encouraged! I have an air purifier in my studio and keep the window open when possible.
