I understand that my child's artwork or they themselves may be posted on social media by both the organization or people in attendance and that they may not be tagged. I understand that should I not be okay with pictures being taken of my child, their art or myself, we cannot participate in this event and know that the reasoning behind this is that the organization can not control or moderate guests taking photos. I understand that by signing and submitting this form they are agreeing to donate between 80 to 100% of the proceeds from my sales to the Soldier On Fund based on the selection of amount they have selected in this form. I understand that the artist, my child, will be responsible for the delivery and collection of their artwork on the date and time indicated. In addition, by signing agreement I understand that my child's artwork is displayed at their own discretion and should any damage occur it the event hosts are not responsible.
