Thursday, 12/11 from the hours of 12-8pm (to set up up table/chairs; unload decorations, balloon blowing, set up, etc).
Friday, 12/12 DURING the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm (set up, decorations, balloon arches, etc). Let us know in the comments what times you may be free this day.
Saturday, 12/13, event is 2:00pm-4:00pm. We will need some help before but especially during and after for tear down. (this date includes responsibilities like greeters, coat check, guest assistance, costumed characters, drink servers, food servers, face painters, etc.)
*****Saturday, 12/13, SENSORY FRIENDLY TIME WITH SANTA-New event that is still tentative but likely to occur for quiet time and space to meet Santa and a few of his character friends, get some cocoa and swag to take home. This event is anticipated for 11a-1pm at the same location as party. Stay tuned and let us know if interested.
Saturday, 12/13, 4pm-7pm. Clean up, tear down, loading the U-haul, unloading u-Haul in Portland for storage.
None of these dates work, but I want to help.

This event is free and open to the public. It is geared towards people with special needs, their families and caregivers.
