All ENJO fibres and “tools” have a 2-year warranty against faulty workmanship. Products are only covered for warranty purposes when used for their intended purpose and cared for in the way detailed in the ENJO Product Brochure.
Examples where the warranty does not apply: (this is not meant to be a complete list)
Friction holes or worn spots from too much pressure on one area
Burn marks or burned fibres from placing fibres on a hot surface
Damage caused by high heat from a dryer
Damage from fabric softener or bleach
Discolouration from washing with other colours
Damage to fibres caused by use with chemical cleaners
Floor cleaning pole bent or damaged from impact with hard surfaces (e.g. Used as baseball bat)
NOTE:
The faulty product will be exchanged for the most current equal product (if the original product is no longer available.) The Faulty Product Claim Form must be filled out and with an attached photo of the icode in order for the return to be processed.
