At Ensley Sports, athletes represent their team, coaches, and community. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, I agree to abide by the following:

Sportsmanship
I will demonstrate respect for my teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, and spectators.
I will play fairly and follow the rules of the game.
I will show humility in victory and graciousness in defeat.
Team Commitment
I will attend all practices, games, and events on time and with a positive attitude.
I will give my best effort at every practice and game, supporting my teammates and working toward team goals.
I will listen to my coaches, follow instructions, and accept feedback to improve my skills.
Respect and Responsibility
I will take responsibility for my actions and behavior, on and off the field.
I will treat equipment, facilities, and uniforms with care and return them in good condition.
I will avoid using foul language, negative gestures, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Health and Safety
I will inform my coach if I am injured or feel unwell and will not engage in unsafe behaviors that could harm myself or others.
I will follow all league safety guidelines and wear required equipment properly.
Character and Integrity
I will represent Ensley Sports with pride, showing respect to my community, school, and team.
I will refrain from bullying, teasing, or disrespecting others, on or off the field.

Ensley Sports Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

At Ensley Sports, we strive to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all athletes, parents, coaches, and spectators. As a parent/guardian of a child participating in Ensley Sports football and cheerleading programs, I agree to uphold the following principles:

Sportsmanship and Respect

I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every practice, game, or event.
I will show respect for all participants, including opposing teams, and avoid criticizing or demeaning any child, coach, or official.
I will not engage in any behavior that endangers the health or well-being of athletes, spectators, or staff.
Communication

I will communicate respectfully and constructively with coaches, officials, and league administrators, addressing concerns at appropriate times and in appropriate settings.
I will not approach coaches or staff during practices or games to discuss grievances. Instead, I will follow the league's established process for resolving issues.
Behavior Expectations

I will refrain from using profanity, derogatory comments, or disruptive behavior during practices, games, or events.
I will not consume alcohol, use tobacco, or engage in illegal activities during any league-sponsored activity.
Encouragement and Support

I will encourage my child to play by the rules, respect the coaches and officials, and strive for their personal best.
I will support my child’s development by ensuring they attend practices, games, and other team events punctually and prepared.
Compliance

I will adhere to all league policies, including safety protocols, equipment requirements, and participation guidelines.
I understand that failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or removal from league events.
