Individual SapereX Testing - Eligibility

Most SapereX testing is coordinated through physicians. In certain situations, individuals may choose to order the test directly. Please review the information below to decide whether ordering as an individual is right for you.

SapereX is a blood‑based test. A single kit costs $699 and includes everything you need, along with clear, step‑by‑step instructions. You’ll just need to arrange for a phlebotomist to draw one tube of blood. (Please note that LabCorp and Quest are not able to perform this draw.)

Blood must be collected Monday–Thursday and shipped the same day via FedEx Priority Overnight using the pre‑labeled NanoCool shipper included in your kit.

Because SapereX is a medical product, purchases are non‑refundable. If you need replacement supplies, additional charges may apply; you can review the full policies at checkout.

Sapere Bio does not provide one‑on‑one consultations for individualized interpretation. If your results raise questions or feel difficult to place in context, it can be helpful to review them with a clinical thought partner. These clinicians can help you understand how immune‑aging measures fit alongside your broader health history, goals, and current conditions.

Most general practitioners don’t have the time, training, or framework to discuss advanced biomarkers like SapereX in-depth. Working with a longevity clinician who is familiar with this area can offer a more informed, grounded conversation about what your results may indicate and how to think about them in the context of your overall health.
