Please fill out this form to help us plan and quote your event. Once received, a staff member will email you with a quote. Rental requests must be made at least one week in advance. Please keep in mind that all activities should be in accordance with Pembina Nordic Centre and Eagle Point -Blue Rapids Parks Council Policies and Procedures. The facility is in an Alberta Provincial Park Boundary and all Park Regulations must be followed.

*Important - Rental Duration and Rate Structure

Rental periods are structured as follows:
- A four (4) hour rental constitutes a standard half-day rate.
- An eight (8) hour rental constitutes a day rate.
- A twelve (12) hour rental constitutes a day and evening rate.
- All event rentals are quoted in four-hour blocks, with rates prorated accordingly for extended durations.

The Pembina Nordic Centre Outdoor Area (Please note this is a public area and cannot be exclusively reserved) Outdoor use Groups of 40 or more require an Alberta Parks Special Events Permit. This permit is not done through Eagle Point Blue- Rapids Parks Council. These Permits may take anywhere from 30 - 90 days for processing and must be applied for through Alberta Parks.*

I understand that the Outdoor Education Centre upstairs has a maximum capacity of 72 guests.*

Please note that renting the Outdoor Education does not give exclusive use of the grounds. The Pembina Nordic Club is in the Eagle Point Provincial Park and is open to the public and to members of the Pembina Nordic Ski Club. Some events may require permission from the Pembina Nordic Ski Club.*

I understand that the Outdoor Education Centre does not have a full kitchen. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and tea kettle provided. There is limited dishware and silverware (approx. 20settings). There is no oven or stove. A BBQ is available, but propane must be provided by the renter.*

All Garbage/Recycling must be removed from the property by the renter. There will be a $50.00 fee for garbage removal.*

The facility must be left in the same condition as it was found.*

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all rentals. The event date is only secured once the booking fee and any required deposits are paid in full. At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for any refund. Refunds will be given within two weeks of the rental date.*
