Yearbook Fundraising Ads

Ad pages should be predesigned and uploaded in jpg or pdf format. Delegate's National Package Fee invoices will be credited based on the incentive schedule above. Once those are paid, delegates will be provided codes to apply toward Optional Competition registration.

Copyright Release:

I understand and agree that any photograph/ad submitted will become the property of Emissary Pageants International Congress, and will not be returned. All submitted photographs/ads are assumed to have been licensed by the client for professional and commercial use and include editing and print rights granted by the creator and are hereby extended those rights to Emissary Pageants International Congress's graphic designer upon submission. Photographs may be utilized for advertising the graphic designer's work. I understand and accept that any and all legal and financial burden with regard to copyright infringement of submitted photographs is borne by the client and/or their parent/guardian alone.

All items go to immediate production as soon as they are ordered. Changes may not be made later on. Ordering errors are not the responsibility of the Seller. Ads are added to the Yearbook layout upon full payment. You will not be provided with a final copy. No cooling off period is granted. All sales are final. Buyer acknowledges forfeiture of rights to cancel or return products listed herein. Businesses may be able to write off their purchase as an advertising expense. You should consult your tax professional for more information.
