      • Scents

To accommodate sensitivities and allergies, please arrive fragrance-free. Avoid scented products of any kind, including perfume, cologne, deodorant, lotion, shampoo, and body wash.

        Fingernails

Short, smooth nails are essential for safety and comfort. Please trim and file your nails before class. Bring clippers and a nail file in case additional smoothing is needed.

        Sheets and Emollient

Please bring a complete set of sheets (top sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase) to class. You are welcome to bring a blanket, but it is not required. Face cradle covers are not needed.

Oil, lotion, or cream will be used during hands-on labs. Please bring your own plus a holster if you have one. A limited number of extras will be available if needed. All products must be unscented and free of strong fragrances, and common allergens should be avoided. If a participant reports a relevant allergy, the class will be notified in advance so ingredients can be checked.

        Clothing

Like any hands-on CE class, you should wear clothing that you will be comfortable in all day for lectures/discussions and for massage work. We will be doing a lot of hands-on labs, which means we'll be undressing and dressing a lot. It is recommended to wear a shirt that you are comfortable in without a bra so that transition between lecture and lab is as smooth as possible, although this is completely up to your discretion and and you are welcome to dress in whatever way best supports your comfort and participation.

This class has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or unsafe behavior. Up to the discretion of the instructor, the following actions may result in immediate dismissal without refund and without a certificate of completion:
