Hello Volunteers!
Thank you so very much for offering to help at our Dressage & CT Schooling Show on March 21st & 22nd @ FENCE! Our wonderful volunteers help make our events special for all who attend.
To get started, please complete the contact form and menu below. Select your job preference by clicking. Please see the attached lunch menu and input your selection below. If you do not want lunch, just make that note.
All job descriptions are available in the Volunteer How-To's section of our website. Click Here to review each job description. (Note: You must have prior experience or attend training to volunteer as a Scribe.)
Please check in and pick up your materials at the Volunteer Pavilion directly across from the Show Office. This is also where you will find your lunch at noon, and where you will leave your materials at the end of the day. Remember to wear sunscreen and comfortable shoes! Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day.
All-day and morning shift volunteers should arrive at least 1/2 hour before the first ride time. Afternoon shift volunteers should arrive by noon. Please let us know if you are planning to show your horse that day with us but would also like to volunteer. We will work the schedule so you can volunteer and show on the same day.
Youth Volunteers: We welcome volunteers ages 12 to 18 to join us on show days! You can compete in the morning and volunteer in the afternoon. A parent or guardian’s contact information is required.
To sign up, select "Youth Volunteer – AM or PM" below. Our volunteer coordinator will assign roles based on your abilities. Positions may include runners, jump crew, warm-up steward assistants, awards assistants, and hospitality assistants.
