Fill out the application below to participate in the 2025 Sister Bay Festival of Fine Arts. All applications are due by June 30, 2025.
Event Details

Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025

Time: 9am - 4pm

Location: Waterfront Park (Between the Post Office and Village Hall)

To maintain a high standard of quality and integrity, artists must meet the following criteria to participate:
1. Must be a working artist in Wisconsin, full or part time.
2. Artwork must be current and represent the highest standards of workmanship.
3. Majority of artwork must be original.
4. Artwork must reflect the signature of the individual maker and be a testament of the artist’s self-expression.
5. Artists must demonstrate their art technique during the festival.
6. SBAA assumes no liability in connection with this event. Participants must self-insure their work.
RAFFLE DONATION: Artists will be required to donate artwork ($50+ value) to the raffle

INDEMNITY WAIVER

I understand that the SISTER BAY ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATION and the FESTIVAL OF FINE ARTS COMMITTEE will not be responsible for damages to or theft of works of art which I exhibit at the 2024 DOOR COUNTY FESTIVAL OF FINE ARTS.

I release and forever discharge the SISTER BAY ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATION, THE FESTIVAL OF FINE ARTS COMMITTEE, THE VILLAGE OF SISTER BAY, DOOR COUNTY, all participating organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with participation in the Festival, which is not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors, or guest while within space designated for exhibits.
I have read, agree with the indemnity waiver stated above.
