NOTICE TO CUSTOMER
I acknowledge that I have been provided access to, and the opportunity to review, the Full Liability Release, Waiver of Claims & Terms of Service for Strong Back Movers, which is available on the Company’s website and the link below.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE
I understand that moving services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, pre-existing or fragile items, stairs, elevators, limited access, weather conditions, labor-only services, specialty items, delays, and transportation-related risks.
By signing below, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to be bound by the full waiver, and I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Strong Back Movers and its owners, employees, and agents to the fullest extent permitted by law for any claims arising from services provided, from arrival through completion and departure of the job.
I understand that Strong Back Movers is not an insurer of my property and that any liability, if applicable, is limited as stated in the full agreement.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I acknowledge that I have been provided access to the Full Liability Release, Waiver of Claims & Terms of Service, that it is available on Strong Back Movers’ website and booking platform, and that I agree to be bound by its terms whether reviewed before or after signing this acknowledgment.
