To make your experience enjoyable, please invest in the following and bring with you to every practice:
- *Proper swim attire. For modesty purposes, do not wear resort/beach swimwear or street shorts.
- *Well-fitted goggles. Purchase these well in advance of the class and become familiar with the fit and the fog. You may need to work with many pairs before you find the "perfect" ones.
- *Properly fitted swim cap. A swim cap is designed to reduce drag and keep your hair out of your face. IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO KEEP YOUR HAIR DRY. Rinsing any product out of your hair before each swim and/or wearing a lycra cap under your top cap will keep the cap from sliding off. We recommend silicone caps and not latex.
- Towels.
Class fee is non-refundable or transferable.
Swimming is a strenuous low impact activity that requires practice, patience, self-discipline, and consistent attendence to class.
Students that miss 3 or more consecutive lessons are dismissed from the program without refund.
