L3 is designed for swimmers who are ready to take the next step toward competitive swimming or advanced fitness training. This class is ideal for individuals who have mastered the basics of swimming and are looking to refine their technique, build endurance, and improve overall performance.
In this program, swimmers will focus on developing advanced stroke techniques, increasing stamina, and learning the skills necessary for endurance swimming. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, participants will work on improving stroke mechanics, mastering flip turns, refining breathing techniques, and building strength through interval training and endurance drills.
L3 emphasizes technique, efficiency, and speed across all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), with specific attention given to the transitions from stroke to stroke and mastering pacing strategies. Whether you aim to compete or simply take your swimming to the next level, this class is designed to challenge and motivate you.
