Prerequisites:
Click here to the required swim assessment for this level. Applications will not be accepted or reviewed without a scheduled assessment.
Participant must be able to:
- Jump in water over head
- Resurface
- Tread 1 minute
- Swim 4x25 Fr, Bk, Side, Elementary BK (other strokes may be used at the assessor's discretion)
- Exit pool without ladder or steps

Swim Assessment
- Swim 5 minutes, non-stop front crawl, with sighting
- Tread water 2 minutes
Tuition:
- Drop in $15
- Packages are available
Enrollment:
Ongoing after completing the swim assessment and brief program orientation.
To make your experience enjoyable, please invest in the following and bring with you to every practice
Pool:
- Proper swim attire. For modesty purposes, do not wear resort/beach swimwear or street shorts.
- Well-fitted goggles. We sale these in our on-site trunk store $30 (Snake and Pig)
- Properly fitted swim cap. We sell these in our on-site trunk store $10-$14 (Silicone custo EA caps)
- Fins
- Kickboard
- Center-mount swim snorkel
- Towels. We have EA team towels for sale.
- Healthy hydration such as water. We do not recommend commercial sports drinks due to the high sugar and salt content.
Open water:
- Wetsuit pending personal prefernce and water temperature
- Swimmer safety buoy
- Flourescent green, yellow, or orange cap
- Towels
- Clean water for rinsing post swim
- Flip flops
- Healthy hydration
- Well fitted goggles tinted for outdoor use
- Sunblock/sunscreen
All fees are a non-refundable or transferable.
Swimming is a strenous low impact activity, that requires pratice, patience, self-discipline and consistent attendence to class.
Written medical clearance from your health care provider to participate in this program. Click here to down load the Medical clearance form and submit a completed copy prior to the start of your class.
No photos, videos, or other recording methods are allowed in the pool area and of program participants without prior writtten managment consent.
