EVOLVE Family Services is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit whose core vision is a world where everyone has nurturing, permanent, and supportive familial relationships. We accomplish this by providing ethical, high-quality adoption and foster care programs, pregnancy services, child-focused recruitment, and family support.

With 17 highly dedicated, experienced staff, EVOLVE serves all of Minnesota and western Wisconsin through a child-focused lens. Our programs are supported through individual and corporate gifts, grants, earned revenue, special events, and United Way funds. UMOJA MN Lead

This role is typically Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm, with evening and weekend hours needed regularly throughout the year to conduct training, programs, and outreach. Is this acceptable? *

Elements of this position include teaching parents, who are typically White, how to better their child’s experience by challenging their conscious/unconscious biases, stereotypes, and microaggressions.
