MAPP Information Session

If you’re considering our Minnesota Adoption Permanency Program, to adopt through the Minnesota foster care system, an information meeting is your first step! Sign up for our Informational Meeting to get an overview of our program in a group setting.

The informational meetings are hosted on the third Tuesday of each month in 2024 at 5 PM and the second Tuesday of each month in 2025. Reference materials and Zoom link information will be provided by email after we receive your completed registration form below.

MAPP is only open to Minnesota Residents.
