Authorization and Information
I consent to my child participating in the exams or class award chosen by the teacher and studio owner
I undertand and consent to if my entry fee is not paid upfront my child can be withdrawn with immediate effect from the exam session
I understand and consent to extra costs such as uniform hire and extra classes part of the additional costs of the exam
I understand that if a MOCK exam is missed the exam candidate with withdrawn with immediate effect.
I understand that the exam dates are not chosen by the studio they are given to us by the ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE BOARD.
I understand that if my child is sick on the MOCK exam or the ACTUAL EXAM a doctors cerfticate is required.
I understand that if my child withdraws, is withdrawn or is not participating in the RAD exams they DO NOT receive a certificate or medal.
I understand that the Exam results may tak up 6-9 months to be sent back to South Africa from the United Kingdom
I understand that the type of assessment (Exam/Class Award) is determined by the studio owner and the class teacher
