PAYMENT: There is a $30 Non-Refundable deposit required for booking pet sitting and pet boarding services and goes towards the total cost of the service. This deposit must be paid the same day that you are booking the service and can be paid through Zelle or Venmo. I charge per day for both pet sitting & pet boarding services. Payment is taken at the end of the service only in cash unless otherwise.
AGREEMENT: In the event of a medical emergency, I give Aleah my permission to take my pet/s to the mentioned veterinarian (or to the closest open facility if the primary vet is not available). I give permission for the veterinarian to administer any care or medications necessary. I will assume full responsibility for the payment for any and all veterinary services provided. **Please sign***
