- Suite Approval: All suite requests are subject to review and final approval by the Association.
- Deposit Policy: credit card guarantee is required to confirm a reservation. Credit cards will be charged by the hotel approximately 2-4 weeks prior to arrival (1st night’s room rate plus 13.38% tax - subject to change). Any additional fees including applicable Resort Fees are charged at check-in. A PACK EXPO Hotel Reservation Representative will call to collect credit card information. Deposits are refundable if canceled prior to the hotel’s cancellation policy, refer to your confirmation for this information.
