By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.The details of your travel package or service are as discussed with your assigned Advisor or Concierge, or as outlined on the payment platform at the time of your initial payment. It is your responsibility to review all details carefully prior to making any payment.Once a deposit has been paid, no changes, modifications, or alterations to the package can be made. If you wish to request an upgrade or modification, this must be communicated and agreed upon prior to any payment being submitted.

    We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under this agreement where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, transportation interruptions, or any other unforeseeable event or circumstance that renders the fulfillment of services impracticable.
