- We ask that you provide high-quality images for any custom designs. If we need to recreate or vectorize your artwork, a $50/hour design fee will apply.
- All customized merchandise is non-refundable.
- Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days after mock-up approval. This may vary depending on our current order volume.
- Sales tax and shipping fees will be added to all applicable orders.
- After you submit this form, we’ll review your order and contact you within 24–48 hours for confirmation.
- Before production, a mock-up will be created and sent to you for approval.

Before we begin production, please double-check all details on your design proof, including:

We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final mock-up. Once your approval is received, the order will move into production and cannot be changed or refunded.
