Hey Riders!

The 2025-2026 snow season is just around the corner, and Extreme Realities Design is looking for passionate team members to join our snow team!

As a team member, you’ll be representing our brand both on and off the snow.

We’re looking for riders who are ready to:

* Participate in monthly challenges and post your best photos/videos

* Share your rides and showcase your custom wraps

* Provide referrals and help spread the word

* Give honest feedback to help us improve our products

Our team memebers are the face of Extreme Realities Design in the backcountry, trails and beyond. To make this partnership successful, we ask that all team members actively participate and live the brand wherever they ride.

Please upload 1–2 high-resolution photos of you out on the snow.

Team Requirements & Expectations

By applying, you agree to the following:

Monthly Challenges – Participate in monthly photo, video, or riding challenges and submit your content to be featured on our social media.

Content Sharing – Share Extreme Realities Design posts on your personal social media channels to help promote our work.

Referrals – Recommend Extreme Realities Design to friends, teammates, and other riders. 

Feedback – Provide honest feedback on new designs, wraps, or promotional ideas. Your opinion helps us improve!

Professional Representation – Represent our brand positively both online and in-person. This includes wearing branded apparel, if provided.

Active Engagement – Regularly engage with our social media (liking, commenting, tagging) to help grow the community.

Photo & Video Release – Agree to allow Extreme Realities Design to use your submitted content for marketing purposes.

Please note: Team members who do not meet the monthly participation requirements or fail to actively engage with the program may be removed from the team at the discretion of Extreme Realities Design.

Media Release Agreement

By applying to be an Extreme Realities Design team member, you agree that any photos, videos, or other content you submit or share while representing the brand may be used by Extreme Realities Design for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, promotional materials, and advertising. You understand that you will not receive additional compensation for this use and grant permission for the brand to feature your content.

The 2025-2026 Snow Season Starts: Oct. 1st, 2025 through March 1st, 2026

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the team requirements, commitments, and media release. You agree to actively participate in the program and represent Extreme Realities Design positively on and off the snow. 

Acceptance emails will be sent out toward the end of September.
