This registration form supports your child(ren)'s participation in Sunday morning programs at First Parish Church. Please note that a separate registration form may be needed to enroll in special programs such as OWL.

Registering your child(ren) does not constitute a commitment of any kind. We look forward to getting to know you and supporting your family in whatever ways we can, whether that is occasional Sundays, only at special occasions or during every relevant event we offer!
