                                • I grant permission for my child(ren) to be photographed and/or recorded during classes, activities, events, and field trips with Kindred Spirits Homeschool Enrichment Group. These images may be used for promotional and informational purposes including social media, websites, flyers, and other materials. I understand no compensation will be provided and all images become the property of Kindred Spirits Homeschool Enrichment Group.
                                • I understand participation may involve physical activity, hands-on learning, tools, outdoor environments, food preparation, experiments, or other inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks and release, waive, and agree to hold harmless Kindred Spirits Homeschool Enrichment Group, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, assistants, and venue partners from any and all claims or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence, to the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law.
                                • In the event of an emergency, I authorize Kindred Spirits Homeschool Enrichment Group to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand I am financially responsible for any medical care provided.
                                • I agree to disclose all allergies, medical conditions, behavioral needs, or accommodation requests at registration. I understand classes may involve shared supplies, food, natural materials, animals, tools, and physical activity, and that allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed. Children who are ill or contagious should not attend class.
                                • I understand some activities may take place outdoors and involve uneven terrain, insects, plants, and weather exposure, and I accept these risks.
                                • This is a semi-drop-off class. Parents may remain on the property but may not stay in the classroom or immediate teaching area to prevent distractions. Parents may wait on property and within sight or drop off and return at the scheduled end time. Supervision is provided only during scheduled class hours.
                                • Children must be picked up promptly. A late fee of $5 for every 5 minutes after a 15-minute grace period applies and is due at pick-up, payable to the instructor who remained with the child.
                                • Respectful and safe behavior is required. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
                                • All class fees are non-refundable due to advance planning, staffing, supplies, and facility costs. No refunds or credits for missed classes, withdrawals, or schedule conflicts. If a class is canceled by the group, a reschedule or credit may be offered at our discretion.
                                • I understand some classes or meet-ups may occur at various sites. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian unless otherwise stated, and I agree to follow all venue rules and waivers.
