Website Design Terms & Agreement

Please read carefully before submitting your questionnaire.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

Information Accuracy

You confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate, complete, and final. Changes made after submission may result in additional charges or delays.

Design Ownership

Fargo Virtual Business Solutions retains the rights to all original design concepts and assets until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the completed website design will be transferred to you, the client.

Communication & Timelines

Prompt communication is essential. Delays in feedback, content, or approvals may push back project timelines. If no communication is received for 14 days, the project may be placed on hold or cancelled without refund.

Revisions & Edits

Your package includes revisions during project. Additional revisions or major changes after final approval will incur extra charges.

Payments & Refunds

A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or site launch. All payments are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for providing all written content, images, and branding materials (unless otherwise agreed upon).

Third-Party Tools & Access

You agree to provide access to platforms such as domain registrars, hosting providers, and any other tools required to complete your site. Fargo Virtual Business Solutions is not responsible for issues related to third-party platforms.

Website Launch

Once the final version is approved and the balance is paid, the website will be published or transferred. Post-launch support is available under a separate service agreement if needed.

Portfolio Use

Fargo Virtual Business Solutions may use your finished website in its portfolio, marketing, and social media unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
