MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Membership dues are renewed annually. Therefore, and on the renewal period, the credit card on file will automatically be charged the full membership fee. Subsequently, you will received an electronic notification within thirty (30) days prior to the Membership Renewal (MR) alerting you of the renewal. You will have the option of cancelling the membership by a required 72-hour written response as a reply to the MR notification. If no response is received, your credit card on file will automatically be charged with the pertinent renewal fee.
Important Note: When completing this membership form, please ensure that the credit card billing information (address, zip code, etc.) matches the Credit Card Owner’s information on file with the Financial Institution.
