2025 LWCC Leader Training Registration

Training Information

Dates: January 27-28 & February 3-4 (4 full days, must attend all four)
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Waite Park Church in Minneapolis
Cost: $600 for individuals not working with FCNN to lead workshops. $150 for faith community nurses, collaborative partners, and individuals leading workshops with FCNN. JUNIPER PROVIDERS will be elligible for a discounted rate of $300, further scholarship could be granted based on serving in diverse communities.

*Discounted rates for Juniper Partners & FCNN affiliates are made possible with funding from Juniper, and our collaborative partners. To honor this investment, trainees who receive this subsidized rate must lead 2 workshops within the first year after training.

Attend the full training;
Schedule my first LWCC workshop within two months of the Leader training;
Lead two workshops in the first year after training;
Hold one workshop annually thereafter to maintain Leader certification;
Agree to complete all required workshop documentation;
Follow the script and format of the program and not offer personal or medical advice;
Provide up-to-date contact information to the Faith Community Nurse Network

Payment will be charged once your application has been approved. Once your application is processed, you will receive a link to submit payment by credit card or you may pay by check. Payment must be received prior to the first day of training. The cost of registration includes a training manual, meals, and all materials.
