• 2021/2022 Blackstone Valley Transportation Access Survey - INTRODUCTION
    • The Northbridge Coalition has developed this survey to explore transportation needs in the Blackstone Valley, including the difficulties that many of our community members experience. We are using the information collected to advocate for improvements in transportation availability in this region. This survey was developed by our project team, which consists of representatives from the following local agencies/organizations: SMOC -Northbridge, South Central WIC, Family Continuity, NOWA Peer Recovery Support Center, Northbridge Senior Center/Plummer Place, Whitin Community Center, Tri Valley, Open Sky Community Services, Whitinsville Social Library, and Beginning Bridges CFCE. Information collected in our survey will be reviewed by our project team and survey volunteers. Prior to sharing our findings with community leaders and stakeholders, the information will be de-identified in order to protect your privacy. At the end of the survey, we provide the option to share your contact information for updates and follow up questions. If you do share your contact information, it will not be included in final reports or shared with the public in any way. We appreciate your help in gathering this important information! If you have any questions, please contact Lori at 774-293-8276 or lhout@familycontinuity.org for more information.
