Describe the main problem – e.g. XYZ Bank not considering problem gambling as a hardship issue, XYZ insurer refusing to pay a TPD claim, Centrelink continually refusing DSP applications, XYZ energy company unreasonable payment arrangements, XYZ Credit repair taking advantage of vulnerable consumers etc.
