Acceptance of Retreat Policies and Release of Liability. By registering for this retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Camp Rules and Conduct: I agree to abide by all camp rules and regulations. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the retreat, without refund.
2. Police and Security Presence and Authority: I acknowledge the presence of authorized law enforcement officers and security guards at the retreat. I understand they have the full authority to enforce all applicable laws and regulations, including conducting searches and removing individuals from the premises if necessary.
3. Zero Tolerance for Illegal or Illicit Drugs: I understand that the retreat has a strict zero-tolerance policy for the possession, use, or distribution of any illegal or illicit drugs. Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal from the retreat and may include law enforcement involvement. Tobacco products and alcoholic beverages are also prohibited.
4. Respect for Pedestrians and Responsible Vehicular Operation: I understand that using a vehicle on the retreat grounds is a privilege, not a right. Vehicle operators must prioritize the safety and well-being of all registrants. Drag racing, donuts, late-night joyriding, loud vehicles, and any activity that could harm or scare registrants is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in the revocation of driving privileges and potential disciplinary action.
5. Release of Liability: I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless the retreat organizers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in this retreat.
By signing this form, you are accepting these terms and conditions and agree to cooperate with the retreat staff and authorities.
