Lodging Form

Leader: All students attending must be accompanied by a chaperone(s) or parent(s). One chaperone/parent is required for nine or less for each male/female students. ALL REQUIRED chaperones/parents attend FREE. There must be one chaperone/parent for every 9 or less male or female students. In other words, if you have 11 males and 3 females, you will need 3 chaperones/parents: one female and two male chaperones/parents. Students without chaperones will not be accepted.
