2026 MBS Emerging Leaders Program 

The Emerging Leaders Program is for senior managers who aspire to be a future fund executive and are looking to develop their leadership skills, the scholarship winner will attend the five-day FEAL Emerging Leaders Program at Melbourne Business School. The residential program will include sessions on Leadership, Innovation and Change, People Management, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Project Management & AI Navigating Uncertain Futures with the benefit of learning and building relationships with peers across the industry.

All applications will be treated in confidence.

Please outline how your participation in the Emerging Leaders Program will support your development and contribute to your fund/organisation.

Please limit your responses to the space provided (max character limit of 1,000 characters).

Your application must also be endorsed by the individual you report to. Please provide their details and upload an email or letter with their endorsement of your application.

Please upload a copy of your most recent resume to demonstrate the responsibilities in your current position, experience in the financial services industry and tertiary education (maximum 2 pages).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered

2. The decision of the selection panel is final and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into

3. The MBS Emerging Leaders Scholarship is open to FEAL members

4. The winner of the FEAL/WIS MBS Emerging Leaders Scholarship must be a member of Women in Super at the time of the Scholarship

5. Granting of the partially funded scholarships are conditional on the applicant and/or their fund meeting the remaining 50% cost of participation in the program

6. Applicants must be employed with their fund at the time of the Scholarship

7. Successful applicants may be called upon to deliver a report to FEAL members

8. FEAL Directors are not eligible to apply

9. The scholarship covers tuition and accommodation (travel expenses, and costs outside this must be covered by the recipient)
