Superannuation Leaders Program

This program is suitable for senior managers or other high performers who aspire to be a future executive within a FEAL member fund/organisation and are looking to develop their leadership skills. Taught by some of Melbourne Business School’s senior faculty and associate professors, the program has been specifically developed to enhance leadership skills as well as provide a foundational understanding of key elements of running a profit-to-member fund. Held on a residential basis over 5 days it also provides the opportunity to build connections with industry peers.

Your application must also be endorsed by the individual you report to. Please provide their details and upload an email or letter with their endorsement of your application. The endorsement should support your application including how the Superannuation Leaders Program will support your leadership development.
