2025 FW Community Festival Vendor Booth

Dear Community Member,

The Federal Way Diversity Commission and the City of Federal Way are excited to host the next iteration of community connection with the Federal Way Community Festival!

The festival is scheduled for August 9, 2025 at Town Square Park from 12:00pm-6:00pm. Federal Way will come alive with the sights and sounds of one of the most diverse populations in the region as we celebrate the cultures and communities that make the City of Federal Way a vibrant place to live, work, and play. This family-friendly, free festival will feature kids’ activities, food vendors, an entertainment stage, and exhibitors sharing information about employment opportunities, health care access, financial and educational services, and a variety of other business resources, nonprofit organizations, and area craft makers.

The goal of Federal Way Community Festival is to celebrate and experience the cultures from all over the world who reside in our region, to bring us together, and help us learn about our neighbors and their heritage. It is our hope that festival guests will come away with a broader understanding and appreciation of the diverse resources, food, experiences, and opportunities available in our city.

We are currently seeking a variety of local vendors and non-profit organizations who represent all the cultures and services that Federal Way offers to engage and connect with festival attendees.

If you would like to apply to be a participant, please complete the attached application form. Space is limited and fees vary (see application) and are payable after the vendor is invited to participate by the Diversity Commission. We will contact you with more information if you are invited to participate.

Application Deadlines – Friday, May 2nd

Application Approvals sent out no later than – Friday, May 16th

Payment Due – Friday, June 20th

DUE by May 2, 2025

I understand I must pay the fee associated with my participation type once my application is approved and that failure to pay the fee on time may result in being unable to participate. Space is limited. Vendors will be notified by May 16. All vendor fees must be paid by June 20 . Depending on your participation type, you may be required to provide proof of insurance or a liability waiver/release before the event.*

I understand that if I have a booth, I must provide my own 10’x10’canopy, table, and chairs.Your canopy must be secured WITHOUT stakes in the grass. Pro Tip:Milk Jugs filled w/water tied to canopy legs work as weights!*
