I understand I must provide my own tent/canopy, table, chairs, and any other equipment to participate in this event and am responsible for arranging the transportation and delivery of those items, equipment, or vehicle(s) to the event. Any canopy or tent used must be weighed down.

Insurance

I have or will obtain commercial general liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $2 million per occurrence and $2 million in the general aggregate (or equivalent evidence of coverage) naming the City of Federal Way as additional insured and appropriate auto insurance depending on planned participation. If I fail to obtain and provide proof of insurance, I will not be able to participate in the event.

Safety

Business/organization agrees it is solely responsible for ensuring that any and all equipment, vehicle(s), or other property brought onto the premises for the event will be properly parked, secured, or otherwise made safe for participation in the event with the understanding that members of the public will or may have access to all areas within the event premises. Business/organization asserts that appropriate measures will be taken to safeguard any dangerous or potentially dangerous conditions or functions of vehicles or equipment and to avoid accidental injury, damage, etc. to persons or property, including appropriate staffing or accompanying of property, equipment, or vehicles.

The City assumes no responsibility for any and all equipment, vehicles, or property brought onto event premises by the business/organization.

Indemnification

By my signature below I acknowledge that participation in and/or sponsorship of this event is voluntary, and I hereby waive and release all rights and claims that might be held against the City, its duly elected officials, and its employees to save and hold harmless the City from losses, damages, or injuries. Business/organization is responsible for the safety and security of any and all property, equipment, and/or vehicles brought onto the premises for the event.

Photo Release

I hereby grant the City of Federal Way full permission to use my likeness in any
photographs, videotapes, motion picture, recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose.
