Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this years Baldie Con™️. Below you will find details on vending and what’s needed to procure your spot if chosen.

 

Vending Days

Friday, September 26th 3pm-10pm

Saturday, September 27th, 8:30am-3pm

Sunday, September 28th, 9am-2pm

An hour prior to start is allotted for set-up

*specific times subject to change 

The vending fee is $500 for the 3 day conference, which includes:

• Up to two attendants 

• 6ft Table

• Chair

We are now offering per day vending: 

• $350 for 2 days

• $200 for 1 day 

Attendance of the Baldie Ball gala or Sunday Jazz Brunch, are NOT included. Tickets will have to be purchased for those events.

Please note, meals are NOT INCLUDED.

All vending fees are final sale and non-refundable. 

Please complete all fields of this application. Once you have filled out this form and have been selected as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice (from Bald and Free LLC). Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full.  Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payment. 

VENDOR SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL

 

Due to limited space, there are no refunds for cancellations. Failure to appear on the day of event will forfeit any monies paid.

 

Once payment received. You will need to provide your company logo, if not submitted above.
