  • For a cost of 90€ per company, the represented companies can appear individually and with all their data in the fair directory, have an individual URL on the Futurmoda website, and exhibit in the Green Planet area with their name. Does your firm wish to contract this service?

  • EXHIBITION SURFACE

    (SPACE + BASIC DECORATION)

  • The three walls are at 1.40m

    The LOW wall stand is designed for accessory, component or chemical companies that do not need to hang long products.

     Its back wall is 2.40 m and the side walls are at 1.40m.

    The HIGH wall stand is mainly designed for tanneries and long fabrics.

  • CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • METHOD OF PAYMENT

    By transfer to the account of AEC FERIAS, S.L. in

  • PAYMENT TERMS:

  •  - 1º PAYMENT of 50% of the total before 15/12/2023.

     The 1st payment must be made at the same time the contract is sent and always before the indicated date.

    - 2º PAYMENT of the 50% of the total must be made as a deadline before 15/02/2024

     

    IMPORTANT: The invoice for your participation in the fair will be sent to the email address you have indicated in the contact persons section, a few days after sending the contract.

    Those companies that send the contract but do not pay the invoice within the indicated deadlines will not be considered as exhibitors.

  • LEGAL CONDITIONS

  • The applicant company declares to know and accept the Fair Regulations and the FUTURMODA Exhibitors' Manual.

    The aplicant and declares to have read the privacy statement on data processing in the context of the FUTURMODA fair.

     

  • The data provided in the contracting material will be incorporated into a file of AEC-FERIAS SL with address in Elche Parque Empresarial, C/ Severo Ochoa, 42-1 Planta, 03203 Elche, Alicante, Spain; with the purpose of managing your relationship with FUTURMODA and your participation in the fair. By submitting your data, you expressly authorize the use of the same for periodic communications, including by electronic and telephonic means, to inform of the activities, contents and services at the fair. Likewise, you authorize that your professional data (company name or trade name, postal and e-mail address. Telephone & fax number and contact person) can be communicated, with confidentiality obligation, to the companies that collaborate with AEC-FERIAS SL, either in the organization of the fair, or by providing auxiliary services and added value to it, in order to send you information about their activities and services and attend to your orders
