  • RIGHTLY DIVIDING: A Call Back to Sound Doctrine Author Participation AgreementIn Partnership With Together We Create 4 KidsIn Collaboration With The Equipping Spiritual Boot Camp

With Visionary Author Dr. Tish Shearer
  • Welcome to Rightly Dividing: A Call Back to Sound Doctrine. This anthology was created for believers who are hungry for truth, depth, and clarity in the Word of God. If you have ever listened to Scripture being used out of context, simplified until it loses meaning, or taught in a way that creates confusion instead of maturity, you already understand why this project exists. Rightly Dividing is a response to that need. It is a call back to the kind of biblical teaching that produces discernment, strengthens faith, and helps believers live Spirit-led lives anchored in truth.

This is not a competition and it is not a platform built on performance. This is a collaborative assignment. You are joining a community of authors who are willing to do the work of study, write with integrity, and contribute to a book that actually educates the reader in Scripture. The goal is that someone can open this book, read any chapter, and leave with greater understanding, clearer context, and stronger confidence in how to handle the Bible for themselves.

Rightly Dividing is in partnership with Together We Create 4 Kids because we believe Kingdom teaching should produce Kingdom fruit. God cares about doctrine, and God also cares about children, families, and communities. This partnership connects the teaching assignment of the anthology with a structured national movement centered on literacy, education, emotional wellness, healthy living, and community development. Together We Create 4 Kids is built to create measurable community impact through education and organized givebacks, while also creating visibility and opportunity for participating authors, speakers, vendors, and sponsors. The partnership exists so that what we teach is not only heard, but also lived through service.

Rightly Dividing is also in collaboration with The Equipping Spiritual Boot Camp, an optional immersive training opportunity for those who desire structured development in spiritual discipline, biblical understanding, and practical application. The boot camp is part of the larger equipping vision connected to this assignment. Participation in the boot camp is separate from anthology participation and requires its own enrollment process due to limited capacity.

This agreement explains what authors receive, the chapter requirements, the chapter review process, deadlines, author copy purchasing, conference and release details, vendor opportunities, Together We Create 4 Kids promotional expectations, sales tracking requirements, and Equipping Spiritual Boot Camp details.

Author Spots and Author Call Close

There are 40 author spots available. The author call closes on March 15, 2026, or earlier if all spots are filled. Once you enroll, you will receive onboarding instructions so you know exactly what to submit and how to stay on track. This onboarding process exists to keep communication clear, protect the production timeline, and ensure every contributor receives support throughout the process.

What You Receive as a Confirmed Author

Participation in this anthology is free to write. As a contributing author, you will receive 1 chapter submission in the Rightly Dividing anthology. You are also included in the group author flyer and official promotional rollouts connected to the anthology and conference. Your chapter receives editing support after the teaching review process  is complete to keep the intergrity of the assignment. This means the chapter will be reviewed for scriptural soundness and alignment first, then it will move into grammar and formatting edits.

You will also participate in 3 group coaching sessions, and each session will be recorded for those who cannot attend live. These sessions are designed to help you succeed, especially if you have never written a Bible-study-style chapter before. The group coaching sessions will cover:

    • How to structure your chapter with clarity, flow, and depth.
    • How to properly dissect Scripture using basic biblical exegesis.
    • How to market and promote the book and gala tickets.

In addition to the anthology, contributing authors will be allowed to scheduled for an interview on Fervently Creations: Marketplace Ministry, with Dr. Tish Shearer beginning in after the approval of the submission of your chapter. These interviews are designed to introduce you to the community, highlight the message behind your chapter, and create a consistent platform for readers, supporters, and future opportunities to connect with your voice and your work.

*This author package does not include a speaking spots at any of the conferences on the tour.

Book Writing Requirements and Chapter Review Process

Your chapter must be between 500 and 2,000 words and submitted as a Microsoft Word document in Arial 12-point font, double spaced. You do not need to be a scholar to participate. You do not have to write like a professor. What we are looking for is a sincere teacher’s heart and a commitment to handle Scripture responsibly.

You can think of your chapter as writing a Bible study lesson. We are teaching, not preaching. That means your reader should be able to follow your thought process, understand the passage or word, and learn something concrete about the Word of God that they can carry into their own study and life.

A strong Rightly Dividing chapter typically includes a clear focus, a clear Scripture foundation, and a clear explanation. Your chapter should identify what you are teaching, what Scripture you are building from, and why it matters. It should explain context in a practical way, like who is speaking, who is being addressed, and what is happening in the passage. It should aim to educate the reader and strengthen their understanding, not simply inspire them emotionally.

Because the purpose of this book is to teach Scripture accurately, every chapter will go through a teaching review before it goes into editing. The review process exists to protect the integrity of the book, protect the reader, and support you as an author. If any correction is needed in the teaching itself, that is handled first. This includes situations where a passage is used out of context, where a conclusion is not supported by the text, or where the chapter reads more like personal opinion than biblical teaching. If anything needs adjustment, you will receive guidance and you will have the opportunity to revise before the chapter moves into grammar and formatting edits.

This is not a rigid process meant to silence anyone. It is a stewardship process meant to ensure the final anthology is cohesive, scripturally sound, and truly educational. The goal is that every chapter strengthens the Body of Christ and builds biblical confidence, not confusion.

Plagiarism is not permitted. All work must be original. AI tools may be used for clarity and structure, but the study and conclusions must be your own.

    Required Deadlines

To protect the timeline for editing, layout, printing, and promotion, the author agrees to submit required materials by the following dates. Early submissions are strongly encouraged.

Bio due March 15, 2026. Bio must be written in third person and include social media handles, website links, and a contact email at the end.
Professional Headshot due April 15, 2026. A cell phone photo is acceptable. Professional in this context means the photo is clear, well lit, and distraction free. Avoid heavy filters and avoid backgrounds with clutter, bathrooms, beds, cars, crowds, or any scenery that pulls attention away from your face.
Manuscript due May 15, 2026. If revisions are requested during the chapter review process or editing process, the author agrees to return revisions within 72 hours of receiving notes so the timeline stays protected.

    Author Copies and Book Purchasing

Authors may purchase books at the author copy cost, plus shipping and handling. Ordering instructions and timelines will be provided once the interior is finalized and the printing window is confirmed. The tour model is structured to create measurable impact through a two-day experience in each city.

Day 1 is the Rightly Dividing Conference and book launch. Day 2 is the community giveback experience. Attendance for both days is required. This structure protects resources, ensures dignity, and ensures that families receive empowerment and support in an organized way.

    • School supplies
    • Clothing, shoes, and undergarments

Incentives and recognition are available for verified sales tracked through your PIN. The incentive and payout details will be provided in writing so there is no confusion about how tracking works and what qualifies.

Together We Create 4 Kids culminates in a National Gala and recognition experience designed to celebrate service, impact, and collaboration across the movement. Gala programming includes awards and recognition, networking with authors, vendors, sponsors, and media, and documentary and media highlight coverage. Final gala date, ticketing, pricing, and inclusions will be provided in writing once confirmed.

Package Pricing and Sponsor Transparency: To remove any room for manipulation or hidden understanding, the official pricing and inclusions for the tour package, tickets, and sponsorship tiers must be shared exactly as published by the organization. Authors agree not to change pricing, add fees, or present unofficial versions of what is included.

The official package and sponsor sheet will be provided in writing and will include:

    Integrity, Professionalism, and Collaboration

This project is built on trust, stewardship, and collaboration. Authors agree to meet deadlines, participate in good faith promotions, communicate respectfully, and maintain originality and integrity in all submissions. If an author repeatedly misses deadlines that affect production, refuses required revisions necessary for scriptural soundness, submits plagiarized material, or consistently disrupts collaboration, the chapter may be removed from the publication schedule to protect the integrity and timeline of the book.
