There are only 4 lots available for our custom 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2700 square foot 2-story home on 6-acres of land in Central Georgia currently zoned and subdivided for residential, recreational, and agricultural activities in this nature lover's community. Only one home can be built on each Lot at this time and homes are subject to the Freedom Founders Home Owner Association Rules, Regulations, and Declarations.
