Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are currently seeking parent/guardiian feedback to see if there is interest to have Language Link provide Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy services on campus during the school day. These services would not be provided by FHA staff, we are solely gauging interest.
Language Link Therapy works with schools and childcare programs to establish on-site therapy programs based on the needs of their students. If there is sufficient interest, their Speech and Occupational Therapists would be able to provide evaluations and ongoing therapy services directly on our campus, allowing our kiddos to receive needed services while at school.
Services may support children who have needs related to:
• Speech and language development
• Articulation and communication
• Social/pragmatic communication
• AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Fine motor and visual-motor development
• Sensory processing and regulation
• Self-care and other age-appropriate functional skills
Language Link Therapy accepts a broad range of Florida health insurance plans and works directly with families to verify insurance benefits and determine eligibility for services.
At this time, we are simply trying to determine how many families may be interested in Speech and/or Occupational Therapy services. Expressing interest does not obligate you to begin services.
If you believe your child may benefit from Speech Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or if your child is currently receiving these services elsewhere and you would be interested in the convenience of receiving therapy on campus, please let us know by completing the brief interest form.
Based on the level of interest from our families, we will work with Language Link Therapy to determine whether an on-campus program can be established.
Thank you for completing this form if you are interested in Speech or Occupational Therapy services.
