This form is due by March 11, 2026 for inclusion in the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 budget cycle. The Excutive team will review EFMA's on March 12. An "Essential Funtion Ministry Group" meets one or more of the following criteria.
- The group provides a service integral to the church community(i.e. muisic, caregiving, finance, education, maintenance) and/or overall safe operations of the church.
- The group coordinates fundraising events as their sole function.
- The group is a governance body and is elected by the congregation or appointed by the Board of Trustees or acts on behalf of the Board.
As such these groups are not required to complete the full Shared Ministry Agreement but are requested to provide the Executive team with basic information as part of the annual budgeting process.
