Shared Ministry Agreement

The Excutive Team will review SMA's periodically at their bi-monthly meetings. This form is intended to be used in conjunction with the Guided Reflection on Ministry.

A new group forming at any time during the year, prior to submitting this form for approval, should meet and go through the Guided Reflection on Ministry.

An established continuing group should go through the Guided Reflection on Ministry exercise prior to submitting this form with its budget request for the coming fiscal year.
