    About the Bishop Arthur S. Conward Memorial Scholarship

    The Faith International Church (F.I.C.), Bishop Arthur S. Conward Memorial Scholarship was re-established in June 2025. The late Bishop Arthur S. Conward is one of the founding members of Faith International Church. Bishop Conward believed in higher education and we honor him by memoralizing him through the scholarship program.

    The Bishop Arthur S. Conward Memorial Scholarship is intended to provide financial assistance for F.I.C. (members) high school graduating seniors or current college students in good academic standing. Applicants who are currently enrolled or plan  to attend a four- or two-year accredited College, University or Trade School within the United States during the academic school year are elgible to apply. The scholarship is funding awarded towards educational expenses.

    To qualify for the Memorial Scholarship, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria and upload all documents to the electronic application by the stated due date on the application:

    • Be a member of Faith International Church.
    • Be a graduating high school senior or current college student in good standing (not on academic probation).
    • Plan to attend a post-secondary institution (university, college, or trade school) in the fall of the upcoming academic year and provide a copy of the letter of acceptance (Only applicable to high school students).
    • Completed Application.
    • Essay - Minimum of 500 words, not to exceed 750 words.
    • Include High School or College Transcript.

    All applicants will be objectively evaluated and scored by the designated evaluation commitee in a fair and impartial manner.

    This year's selected winner will be announced on Sunday, August 16th, 2026.

    Bishop Arthur S. Conward Memorial Scholarship Application

     

    Eligibility & Instructions: To be eligible for the Arthur S. Conward Memorial Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Be a member of Faith International Church (F.I.C.)
    • Be either:

    A. A 2026 graduating high school senior planning to attend a post-secondary institution (university, college, or trade school), or

    B. A currently enrolled college student planning to continue studies in the upcoming fall semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.

    Applicants must complete the scholarship application and submit all required documents including:

    • A personal essay
    • Academic transcripts
    • Proof of acceptance or continued enrollment at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or trade school within the United States.

    All applications and supporting documents must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026 (no exceptions). Please send any questions to FIC.Educationmin@gmail.com.
