Official 2027 Scovie Awards Early Bird Entry Form
Important:

Please read and complete all steps to submit your entries. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Page 1 - Overview

Page 2 - My Company Information: Enter your company and personal information.

Page 3 - Product Submission: Enter your product(s) names and select subcategories, remembering that products are often eligible for more than one category. Remember, you can enter in 4 subcategories and only pay for 3, or enter 7 and only pay for 5.

Page 4 - Payment: Enter in your payment information on page 4 of the Entry Form. We only accept payment through the entry form. No other form of payment will be accepted. Read and Agree to the 2027 Rules and Regulations with your E-Signature and click "Submit". Print your Scovie Award Entry Form that is sent to your email.

If you entered the Tasting Division:

Mail your complete entry, which includes: TWO (2) of the product entered per entry (sub category).

For example, if you enter one of your products in two sub categories, we will need four samples of the product. Please see the Rules and Regulations for complete details.

If you entered the Advertising and Marketing Division:

         Label entries are to be mounted on a white board only. DO NOT SEND IN BOTTLES
